Appalling company to deal with -only able to communicate via online chat which takes ages.
In a nutshell I bought 2pairs of white standard roses in March for my daughter's wedding in July-they were bare sticks but I have been tenderly nurturing them and now to my dismay they are pink and not just blush -puce. They have offered to refund the pink ones -initially 2 but sadly now 3 and a measly £5 voucher to spend with them ! They said they had no replacements but are still advertising these roses !
