We have placed a few orders with this company, but on the last delivery the plant turned up DEAD, with a broken stem.
We thought, that's a shame, but we thought the Company would put the problem right, but NO, two emails and not even the decency to reply.
They have turned a Customer into a NEVER AGAIN Customer who has also told family and friends.
All due to what should have been a simple problem to solve with normal Customer Service.
