Hi all, like the other reviews I had dead, decapitated, destroyed, or damaged plants delivered and no response via the only form of communication (email).
Help is at hand because as an internet supplier they are bound by strict rules. So if you have received an incorrect, damaged, or poor quality order and Gardening Express are not responding to your concerns you have a right to refund. As they are internet only I suspect everybody pays by card (credit or debit), so contact your card provider (bank ?) and raise a "Transaction Dispute". You will need details of the order, date of delivery, copy of correspondence and photo's of your delivered item (and if you can copy the photo of the product as advertised on the web site. Not sure if there is a time limit, but try it as it worked for me. Lack of response does not mean you are helpless - perhaps if enough people claim a transaction dispute, Gardening express will realise that Customer Service is essential. Good luck.
