I ordered plants to the value of some £46 on 25th May 2023. When they had not arrived 2.5 weeks later I contacted GE and was told that they had been delivered on 13th June. An email was subsequently sent to me with a photograph taken by their courier showing the box left within a basement area. It was NOT my basement which fact I reported back to GE, offering to send them a photo of my basement if they wished to see what it looks like but I received no reply. I've been emailing them regularly since then and, again, have yet to receive a reply. It is now 24th July, 2 calendar months since I placed my original order, and all I have to show for it is proof of payment made to/taken by Gardening Express but NO plants.
This firm's Customer Service is non-existent, tonally appalling as is the fact that they do not have a telephone number a customer can use to reach them.
Do think twice, if not three times, before ordering anything from Gardening Express - far better to purchase from the RHS which is an exemplary supplier.
