I had to resort to emailing the legal departments of this company and their delivery arm DX delivery as I had no response to my queries and lies re delivery etc via their so-called help section on the website
I would recommend this route for other complainers...it seems to get a response but I had to do a google search for the company legal department
Will never use again
Just waiting for my refund to be processed
