Don't buy houseplants, or any other tender plants from this company in winter. They will send them out even when low temperatures are forecast.
Mine arrived with frost damage and because I didn't complain within 14 days - a period during which the damage looked quite minor they have refused to replace or refund them, so turning what may have been a simple mistake into sharp practice. Don't touch them.
