When I opened the packaging I found a lot of the soil was actually in the container and not in the pot. The plant was lying loose and crooked in the pot with roots exposed. I sent them pictures and did not ask for a refund but rather a small amount of soil to replace that which was missing to be able to fix the plant securely.
They rejected my claim and have not since replied to me. Very disappointing.
