I placed an order 3 weeks ago. Couldn’t get a response from customer services, which wasn’t AI generated, so contacted the CEO twice. Still waiting for a reply.
When the company works well it can be a positive experience but when things go bad they are dreadful and the company totally ignores any complaints.
It appears this company has grown significantly but the owner has not invested with extra resources to meet demands.
So be aware, they are happy to take your money but not so forthcoming when things go wrong 😑
