Placed an order for three items. The delivery took weeks and when the order arrived one item clearly had extensive leaf blotch virus.
I emailed with pictures and got a very quick repainse saying I needed to take further images in a specific way. Which I did. I was then completely ignored. I have sent maybe 5 emails and its been about 2 months and still I am completely ignored. Shocking customer service and a company selling plants with virus. Yes They're very cheap. But this is why.
