I got a duo pear tree a few weeks ago. I planted it and one side came into leaf. Other side is totally dead.
Contacted them. No answer. Tried again with pictures. No answer.
You can take a gamble and hope everything comes ok, but if it doesn't you will get zero response, money back or acknowledgement.
I have used them several times and usually had good plants come, but this year they seem to have just stopped dead with customer service.
