I ordered 30th May. As of today, 3/4 of my order was never despatched. I can't speak to anyone, I no longer want my order, I just want a refund. My order is no longer viewable on the website. Out of 7 emails, only one received a response, and it asked for photos of plants that were never shipped. So it was a backwards generic response. I've asked 3 times since end of June to cancel and refund, with zero response. I'm currently trying to get my money back through my bank, which so far is in a 3 week process. I'm so angry. I will never order from Gardening Express again. I received 4 plants out of my entire order, only 1 survived. Please take accountability and stop taking more orders until you've resolved your issues. You've been advertising left over stock of what I ordered in May, but never sent to me. Absolutely slap in the face receiving these emails.
