Disaster ! 59.99 for an xxxl hydrangea. ! Arrived with large area of dead crown, with a few 6 inch shoots at the edges, full of stinking stagnant water, barely any root and 20litres of dripping compost which had pretty much dissolved the transport box.
Customer service assured me this was fine , I just had to wait for it to recover ( as if by magic I assume ). I waited DAYS for that response. Returning it is a nightmare, there’s no email address or phone number for the courier so it stalls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’d give it zero stars if I could.
