AVOID. Agree with other reviews here. I placed an order April 6, and heard nothing. I sent an email to cancel, as they can't even indicate a proposed delivery date, but got the same cut and past stock response from Sam in their customer service team i.e. that I can't cancel the order but will have to wait for the delivery to arrive, then fill out a returns form. So, rather than cancel the order so that they do not incur any delivery costs, and risks to their driver, they want it to be delivered, and will then will incur the costs of coming back out to retrieve the goods. Bizarre business decision.
I even emailed their founder having found his details on LinkedIn, but no response. Disgraceful customer service, and I'll be pursuing the same actions as others to get my money back.
