I placed an order on 9th April 2020. I have waited longer than the suggested 10-15 working days, due to the current circumstances, and have heard nothing from the company.
I raised a chat ticket and was sent an automated response informing me that they could not deal with any further enquiries at this time. My money was taken and I have no way of contacting the company for a refund or to check status of delivery. I have not received updates every 5, 10 and 15 etc. working days after ordering.
I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere.
