My order totalled £65
Order made April 5th. Have raised 2 tickets, no response other than repetitive script that you get. I should have learnt my lesson after my very first order arrived which was in an appalling state. However I gave them the benefit of the doubt & ordered a large bamboo that looked wonderful in the online picture. It is now just over a month later & still waiting. I have requested a refund but no answer. I guess I must now get in touch with bank. Very dissapointed & would not recommend using !
