I ordered some salix trees on 16 April and my order still says "processing". I have tried contacting them but no reply other than a standard email saying how busy they are. I cannot cancel the order but have no idea when or if I will receive the trees. The money has been taken. They should not accept orders and take money if they cannot fulfill them! A similar thing happened 2 years ago (long before coronavirus) when my husband ordered a ceonathus shrub and we had to wait for over 4 weeks for it to arrive. We got no reply to our emails then either! I still do not know whether I will receive my salix trees and feel very frustrated!!!!
