Would have given this company “no stars” but unfortunately Trustpilot doesn’t have this option. Nor can it block the obviously company placed ‘invited’ comments.
As with everyone else I ordered about £70 worth of plants over a month ago and have had no update. Nor did I get a response from the ticket I raised over two weeks ago.
I would recommend that EVERYONE who has had POOR SERVICE from Gardening Express contact their banks to reclaim funds and trading standards for their lack of business model.
