I placed my order on 28th March and have still not received it. I was advised delivery would be 10-15 days which I thought was acceptable at this time. I got an email a couple of weeks later to advise my order had been despatched and gave me a tracking code. I've still not received it. There is no way of getting in touch with them. I've emailed twice to see if I can cancel my order but had no reply at all. I appreciate times are hard just now for companies but the customers are in the same boat as well and it is really unfair to allow people to place orders and take their money if they have no intention of fulfilling the order.
