Same situation
Ordered over 150 pounds worth of plants on the 11th april. No plants. No response to tickets raised. Tried to email to cancel order no response to that either. Am trying now to get a refund through my credit card company. Fraudsters and low life robbers and they are still taking orders and peoples money. Its unbelievable that they are still able to trade!
