The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Ordered plants which didn't turn up, no communication received despite several enquiries from my end. You cannot get through to anyone to complain, website difficult to navigate and you have "raise a ticket" which nobody ever responds to.
Finally over two months later the delivery arrived... One plant was completely dead and half of my order was missing. Raised another ticket but I doubt anyone will be in touch.
