Made an order for my elderly mother as a gift to cheer her up during lockdown on the 17/4. It is now 17/5 and she hasn't received her ceanothus. As others have said there is no way of effectively communicating with this company.
They have obviously over faced themselves. They really should have stopped taking new orders weeks ago because they couldn't honour them.
They have had my £35 since 20/4... I am extremely disappointed as it is a lot of money to me.
