I ordered 15 April and heard nothing until an email that said be patient. I have had no communication since. I have requested a refund but nothing received. I will have to raise this with my card provider to see if I can obtain a refund from them. I am also going to report to Trading Standards. Gardening Express should have stopped taking orders a long time ago. They take the money and then expect people just to wait. I am also seeing pics of very substandard plants if and when they do arrive.
