I am STILL waiting for an £189.65 order that I placed almost six weeks ago when an ‘up to 15 days’ delivery was promised because of COVID19z
Despite emailing and raising a query docket i have had no satisfactory response or indication as to when my plants will arrive!
Truly shocking service and a company who are using COVID as an excuse!
I am an very concerned because of the sizable amount of my order and no contact for over 6 weeks!
What else can I do?
