They've taken my money obviously unable to fulfil my order. They should not have charged me until the goods where despatched. No response to my support ticket I've raised asking them to please cancel my order. No other way to contact them. The website says there is a cancel option on My Account. There isn't. I've spoken to relative to tell them and the first thing they said was 'oh no you've not ordered from them. We did and when the plants arrived they were half dead'. Worst customer service ever. I strongly advise not to order and just go to a garden centre or B &.
