I can only echo what other reviews said. I ordered nearly£50 worth of perennials 6 weeks ago! No communication and no reply to my email. They took my money immediately! Not all online gardening sites are like this and I do recommend Beth Chatto. They were brilliant.
I wish I could get a refund from GEx but don't know how. However I am not letting them get away with this. It's criminal!
