I have already posted on this website, however, yesterday I received an e-mail from them with an apology once again blaming Covid-19 and assuring me that my plant was in the process of being'processed'. I had already received a similar e-mail way back on April 26 after I ordered on the 18th and the payment was immediately taken from my card.
Allegedly with this e-mail I can cancel but only if the 'cancel' section appears on my account which will not happen if my order is already being processed. Guess what - no it's not there. Do I assume my order is on its way? Bet it isn't!
