Order initially placed 5/4/20 and money taken immediately. Plants eventually delivered 28/4/20 and were mostly dead. They had initially removed the function to be able to contact customer service, this has since been reinstalled but I am still awaiting a reply from 2/5/20. Incredibly disappointing quality and service.
It would appear that comments left on their social media page which raise concerns such as mine are deleted or the user is blocked.
I appreciate it is an incredibly difficult time for all businesses at the moment, but others have sensibly halted orders while they catch up on delivery and customer service queries.
