Dispatch delay was so long I tried to cancel but they had no phone, no chat service, only a email ticket for complaints. Ticket received an automated email blaming Covid which also said they were 5 times busier than 2019 but still taking orders. Got dispatch email, checked tracking, Hermes said they had not received package. It finally arrived and 3 of 10 tubers were wrinkled and broken and 4 gladioli bulbs were rotten. Planted rest of tubers and bulbs but don’t expect much as they are too late. Poor service, poor quality, no customer service, lies and excuses, never again.
