Dishonest
5 weeks since order was placed and no plants. 2 weeks since requesting a refund due to lack of communication and false promises and still no acknowledgement or refund...
Regardless of the quality of their plants, they do not deserve customers hard earned money. No respect or good will demonstrated to customers. Requests for refunds and issues are ignored yet they have time to report reviews on Trust Pilot and remove negative feedback from Facebook. To me, it feels dishonest.
