I have been in shielded self isolation since lock down living alone. To give myself something to do 8n the garden I ordered some plants from Garden Express even though money is very tight. I have been waiting 2 months for plants and payment has been taken out of my account Surely this should only be done when dispatched? They say they are not a scam.
But surely the right thing to do is to stop taking any more orders until existing contracts fulfilled
