Would give 0 stars if possible. Placed an order in April - it is June already and still nothing. Every 2-3 weeks I get an email saying how they are working through a large number of orders and asking for patience - completely understandable in these challenging times, but they still advise 2-4 weeks for delivery and I am coming up to two months. No responses to my messages and it is impossible to cancel your order. You would think that if they cannot cope with the vast numbers of orders, they would at least allow you to cancel your order and get a refund! Plants are also time sensitive - what I ordered in April for my garden is hardly any good if it arrives in July! Complete mismanagement of admittedly difficult situation with total lack of communication.
