After waiting 8 weeks, the plants have arrived in an appauling condition .The company say their chat lines are not operational at this time and they do not answer e mails.Even raising a support ticket with them is a difficult process.
They are not charging bargain basement prices and I only ordered online because garden centres were closed in the current crisis.I am really shocked at this level of operation.There are lovely colourful photos and some glowing reviews on their website but there appears to be many , many people having the same problems as myself.This needs to stop.
