After a month emailed requesting a refund quoting Consumer Right Act 2015, advised plants were on the way. Advised they were now not needed and I would not accept delivery which I didn't. Returned plants showed on courir's tracking system.. No refund. Impossible to contact no chat, no phone ane generic resposes to emails.
