The plants arrived in very, very poor condition - unsurprising given the fact that they were just thrown loose into a box. I took photos of the damage and requested a refund, only to be told by customer service that my 'plants looks completely healthy' - apparently! They also took several weeks to conjure this response, and continued to send me emails apologising for the delay in my order for weeks after the order had arrived.
Save yourself money and time, and shop somewhere else!
