The worst company I have every bought from. They said due to Covid19 there may be a delay in delivery would be 2-4 weeks. Completely understandable. However it took over 8 weeks to receive the plants. No communication about delay. Did not keep buyer informed nor engaged. I emailed a dozen times after the 4th week to ask for the order to be cancelled and for a refund. I received two unhelpful responses. I even wrote a letter and sent it special delivery and they didn’t have the courteous to respond to it. Only some of the plants have arrived so far. No response to request for a refund. Customer service is the worst I ever experienced. God knows when the order will be fulfilled!!!
