bought Lupin plants some weeks ago, received 3 separate communications advising why they would be late, that is understandable given the present situation. Sent 3 separate tickets asking that the order be cancelled and that we required a full refund for non delivery, theses were ignored. Sent a recorded delivery letter, again no response . One week after this plants delivered and are in a very poor state and in no way resemble the description on their page, have instructed my bank to instigate procedures to have my money refunded. If you are thinking of buying from this company please think again just find a drain and drop your money down it.
