Utterly, utterly dreadful: received a box of dead plants over eleven weeks ago, and still no refund. You can only raise a complaint with then via their support site, which essentially wastes your time: my first complaint was deleted without response. My second complaint, from seven weeks ago, has yet to be answered- it was "escalated" within one hour, but there's been no further movement.
Receiving a box of dead plants is one of those things that sometimes happens. Receiving a box of dead plants and not being able to receive timely support? That's shoddy customer service that has nothing to do with the current situation, I am afraid. It's just a shame that consumers can no longer raise issues with retailers direct with Trading Standards, as Gardening Express deserves a thorough investigation into its extremely poor business practice.
