Waited 8wks for dead, rotting plants to arrive.
Trying to contact customer services is a joke, fed up with being ignored, was finally offered a refund 4wks later.
Was still waiting for refund to be paid 4wks after this! In desperation I got my bank to do a charge back to me.
Will never shop here again
