Several of the plants I ordered were dead or in such bad condition they died within 24 hours. There was one plant missing from the order. In addition to this the plants were considerably later arriving than had been promised.
I have been trying to get them to answer my complaint for nearly a month now but I am still awaiting a proper response. as requested I included photographs of the plants to back up my complaint.
Sadly you have to give at least one star. I would much prefer to give them zero. Not only for the plants I received but also for the way they have treated me.
It seems such a shame that in this difficult time, when gardening is such a therapeutic activity, that a company like this takes advantage of people by taking their money and giving no customer service support.
At this moment in time this is not a company that I would recommend anyone doing business with. Clearly the way the company performs is down to the leadership/owners of this company and it is equally clear from my experience so far that they are not well led.
