What went wrong?
You took my £100+ Over 14 weeks ago, but have only delivered part of the order (after 11 weeks), which was just ‘okay’, not great. No sign of the outstanding items, and you have tried telling me that these were delivered.
No response to tickets raised, other than your automated claptrap. You should be truly ashamed. My solicitor is trying to determine contact details, but surprise surprise to no avail, so I am now approaching the bank to reimburse. Companies I’ve yours do not deserve to survive the Covid pandemic.
People be warned x avoid like the plague!
