They gave the courier an incomplete address which led to my order being delivered to someone else.
When I contacted them I received no response for weeks, so I filed a chargeback and to my surprised they fought against it.
They only make any contact in the event of chargeback, it seems they have a team specifically for this due to so many angry customers.
Gardening Express, why not invest your money in actually fulfilling your orders instead of a chargeback team?
