AWFUL COMPANY!
please do not waste your hard earned money on this company
I am still chasing them for an answer and refund - they took my money in April with no problem and end of May I received dead and rotting plants that cost me nearly £50; since then I’ve sent pictures of the plants ( didn’t even receive all of my order) and they continue to say this is being ‘progressed’ having just checked my GE account and they have closed the tickets!
I will continue to pursue them and will see if Trading Standards can assist
