I placed an order months ago some of the order arrived but the £49.95 cherry tree was in the delivery despite me sending emails I still haven't received a tree or a refund. It is appalling customer service I work very hard for my money and I can't afford to lose it to an inad
equate company like this. Save beforehand money and most definitely shop else where. I wish I had read the reviews befoe shopping here.
