Ordered an expensive plant hoping for it to be delivered "express"ly - tried to contact them over a period of 4 weeks and had no reply other than an email saying a 'ticket' had been raised. They also advertise 'chat online' but it never worked. Over 6 weeks later plant arrived half dead. I paid £20 for it when it was probably worth £2.
Don't ever use this company!
