Like many of the previous posts, I to have had poor to nonexistent service from Gardening Express (the name is a joke).
I ordered Plants in March at over £50 and am still waiting delivery or my money returned. I have raised numerous tickets and despite being allegedly being referred to Management, still nothing received or refunded.
Be warned, keep clear of these cowboys. What does it take for the authorities to take action? Never Ever again!!!
