worst company I ever used. no phone or email.. just a ticket system to contact them which does not copy you into the ticket you raise.. they mostly don't reply at all... now trying to get refund for item never recived for a month.. mostly they don't reply, if they do they send emails making no sense.. like asking for photos of the damaged plant in response to an email I sent saying I have not recived the plant.. never ever again.
