I have ordered two plants at different times. The second plant, a tri-coloured buddleia is fine but the bare-root tulip magnolia was dead onarrival and despite me planting and waiting 6 was, no growth or signs of life.
I sent pictures as requested but have never received an apology or a refund despite several requests.
The tickets just keep being closed without a satisfactory conclusion.
