Plant was not as described, was too small.
Contacted them by email on day of delivery, to ask for a replacement.
Got a reply saying the matter has been passed to the Horticultural Manager. Over two weeks, and despite several emails, they still have not replied.
I don't want a refund, I want them to honour the contract and deliver a plant that is 'as described' and 'fit for purpose'.
