I had cancelled the order within 2 days of purchase. 2 weeks later to my surprise I got sent an email sayI got that my cancelled order has been dispatched. When I raised a ticket again it said that I have to pay money to return. I had cancelled the order and should not have received the plants. I raised it with Gardening express and there is complete silence. The customer service is applauding and they don’t want to know once the order has been placed. I have also received plants with one leaf on them. I would never use them again.
