Been battling to get any response to complaint for damaged, sub standard, dead and poorly packaged plants from March! Ticket system is a joke, you are lucky to get any response, then its a generic "holding" email, then the ticket is closed - I keep re opening and complaining but nothing happens.
Wrote to the CEO Chris Bonnett - nothing
The email quoted bounces back and there's no phone number. This company is a disgraceful example of exploiting customers, sending shoddy, dead or damaged plants in unsuitable packaging, then its impossible to get any resolution to complaints - they have your money so don't care. This company needs to be held to account. There should be an option for ZERO stars
